To buy new apartment you need to check many things like location, distance from the city, shops, restaurants, drainage, security, pollution, bus stand, railway station, floor number, Gyms, hospitals, schools nearby, maintenance Charges, Traffic density, Gardens, parks, Lifts facility, Car Parking available, Water supply and other amenities. Initially check the location where the house is placed. Calculate the distance to arrive at from your house to the city. If the distance is too high, verify whether you have the mode of transport to arrive at your house. Also verify whether correct drainage system is available in the roads nearby where you plan to buy your apartment. This is a very main cause you have to consider before selecting a house. Check whether the apartment has any security guard or not. It is not that if the area is in the heart of the city then there will be more pollution. Choose the location near to bus stand and railway station. Building age is another factor for calculation the amount. If your house is not in ground or first floor, not all the time you can take lifts. So lift facility should be there and also backup generators should be there in the time of power failures. Almost all Kochi apartments meet these requirements. You should also check whether water supply is coming correctly in the new area or not. Also check how it is handled if due to some problem there is a big water shortage.
